Just like most technology setup, most of our staffs background are come from technical field, in order to enhance their general management skills and enforce the team work of our management core, a Senior Management Training Course is organized during last couple of months. 14 senior staffs from various teams of our China operation joined in this 4 full-days course in which topics included management theory and practice; business strategy development; human resource management, leadership, finance management, communication and conflict management are briefly reviewed. Through seminar, discussion, case study, situational analysis and simulation games, participants have a chance to apply the theories to daily management problems and get advancement in management skills. And the result is very encouraging as most of the technically backgrounded staffs need a balance of soft skills which is very important for their management position.
We shall continue to organize such course for management along the line and Future Solutions always commit to provide a learning environment for our staffs and let everyone’s to grow in their career life.
