On Mar 10, a Saturday with beautiful sunshine, 60 staffs from Guangzhou office had attended a wonderful event, a team building workshop specially designed for them. The event lasted for a whole day and was divided into 3 major parts, namely the traffic jam, the DaVinci Code and the making of the Ninja Star. The staffs were divided into 4 teams to complete for the prize. Surprisingly the group named themselves "Beauties and the Beasts" won all three rounds and claimed the overall champion of the day, they are rewarded with both prizes and cash. From these games, we all learn the importance of team spirit and cooperation, the effectiveness of communication, the efficiency and quality of our work related to the working attitude and division of labour. Beside we all enjoy a day of fun, the meaning and learning behind the games are far beyond.
